Nature of Services
S Guard is a marketplace that connects clients with independent, licensed security professionals. We are not an employer, not an insurer, and not a law-enforcement agency. We do not provide emergency response.
Licensing
We verify Florida Class D (unarmed) and Class G (armed) credentials for Guards. Armed services are dispatched only by appropriately licensed personnel.
Background Checks
Where lawful, we conduct vetting and background checks. Final hiring and on-site supervision remain with the client for the duration of the engagement.
Insurance
No insurance coverage is provided by S Guard at this time. Certain Guards may carry their own liability coverage. Optional micro-insurance add-ons are under evaluation and not yet available.
Acceptable Use
“Escort” strictly means security escort. Any request for illegal or adult-oriented services will be rejected and may be reported.
Safety
In emergencies, call 911. Guards may decline unsafe or unlawful instructions. Client must provide safe access and lawful post orders.
Payments
Stripe card payments are preferred. Cash is allowed with a surcharge and must be confirmed before dispatch. Booking and service fees apply.
Service Area & Timing
Primary service area is Miami-Dade & Broward County, FL. 24–48 hours notice recommended. Same-day requests may incur a rush fee and are not guaranteed.
