Refunds & Cancellations
Client Cancellations
- 48+ hours before start: 100% of hourly charges refunded; booking fee non-refundable.
- 24–48 hours: 50% of first day’s hours refunded; booking fee non-refundable.
- < 24 hours: Non-refundable first day’s minimum hours; booking fee non-refundable.
No-Shows / Early End
If a client or site contact is unavailable or requests early termination, the minimum hours (or time worked, whichever is greater) are billed.
Cash Bookings
The cash booking surcharge is non-refundable once a guard is dispatched.
Weather & Safety
Dangerous conditions may pause service at the guard’s discretion. We will attempt to reschedule; fees may apply.
Platform / Card Disputes
Card disputes are handled via Stripe. We may charge reasonable admin fees if a dispute is lost due to missing client information.
